While audible alarms can alert those in close proximity of an emergency situation such as a robbery taking place or a disgruntled employee issue (if they're not already aware), they often cause an already dangerous situation to escalate quickly by angering the offender(s). They often become more hostile knowing authorities have been contacted and frequently become more violent.  For these reasons, it is always best practice to utilize a silent alarm and remain as calm as possible knowing authorities will arrive quickly.

Our systems serve one, VITAL purpose - to get immediate help from Emergency Responders when it matter the most - both during and after hours when people are working and vulnerable.

When a panic is triggered, Emergency Responders treat it as a CRIME IN PROGRESS and act immediately knowing there is a REAL emergency happening - not another false alarm. Responses are prioritized so help arrives fast.

Both Fire and Medical Responders can be immediately dispatched when needed. Just as with Police emergencies, when Fire Departments or Medical Responders are contacted, alarms received are prioritized for a fast arrival.

Property, not people.  Traditional alarm system focused on after hours break-ins that may occur when no one is present and at risk.  They are for protecting property, not people.  They're also highly vulnerable to false alarms which most Emergency Responders know.  For that reason, response times are often very slow with traditional alarm systems.

Neither network security or PCI/Credit Card Processing transactions are an issue. All communications are handled through the 911-Dispatch, LLC private cell systems which are completely separate from all on-site networks.

Our Emergency First-Responders Panic systems come equipped with battery backups on all components to ensure that they continue functioning during a power outage. If a power outage occurs, the system remains fully functional for a minimum of 24 hours until local power is restored.

Our systems are specifically designed for commercial use across all industries and are not for residential use.
